What counts as a standard video workflow?
Research and a script with one revision, up to 10 minutes of source footage edited into a five-minute video, captions, limited still-image visuals, one thumbnail, publishing metadata and four weekly tracking runs across three questions and two AI engines.
Longer recordings, additional generated assets, revisions and more frequent tracking use more credits. These are illustrative capacities, not guaranteed video counts.

Do all plans include research, scripts, editing and tracking?+
Yes. Every plan includes access to all four engines. Your monthly credit allowance determines how much work you can run.
Do I have to make a complete video every time?+
No. Use credits for individual tasks, such as researching topics, rewriting a script, editing an existing recording, generating a thumbnail or checking AI citations.
How accurate are the video estimates?+
They illustrate a defined standard workflow. A shorter video with fewer generated assets may use less; longer footage, additional visuals and repeated revisions may use more. Credits are the allowance included in your plan.
Can I upload a video instead of recording one?+
Yes. You can record using your script or upload footage you already have.
Can I use my website and documents?+
Yes. Add them as business context for research and script generation. Importing, processing and refreshing sources can consume credits; viewing saved material does not.
Are AI provider costs included?+
Yes. Supported AI services run through the platform and use your credits. You do not need your own AI provider keys or separate AI subscriptions.
Are revisions included?+
The standard workflow example includes one script revision. Further AI rewrites, new generated assets and additional edit or export requests can consume more credits. Manual text changes do not.
What does tracking include?+
Each check sends an approved question to a selected AI engine and records its answer and citations. Usage grows with the number of questions, engines, markets and checks you select.
Does tracking start automatically after publishing?+
No. Choose your questions, engines, interval and budget, then enable the schedule. You can run an immediate check for a baseline. Link your published YouTube video to its record in the app, or import it through a connected channel, so tracking can recognise citations to your video.
Does tracking old videos use next month's credits?+
Yes. Continuing schedules consume credits as checks run. Those credits are then unavailable for creating new content, so you can adjust or pause schedules to suit your priorities.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
New paid actions pause until your allowance renews or you purchase additional credits. You can continue reviewing existing work and making manual changes.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Monthly subscription credits reset at renewal. Separately purchased credits carry over for up to 12 months and require an active subscription to use.
Will I be charged automatically for extra credits?+
No. Additional purchases require your approval unless you explicitly enable an automatic top-up with a spending limit.
What happens if an AI action fails?+
Confirmed failed actions release their reserved credits. If a provider's outcome is unclear, credits may remain reserved while the request is reconciled. Completed work that can be reused should not require another generation.
Does the subscription include a human editor or content manager?+
The subscription covers the software and supported AI workflows. Your team reviews scripts, approves edits and controls publication. Human production services are not included.
Can I cancel?+
You can cancel renewal and keep your subscription access until the end of the paid billing period.
