Abbreviated Right to Know (Collection):

You have the right to request, at no charge, disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you in the previous 12 months.

Expanded Right to Know (Collection and Disclosure):

You can request information about how we have handled your Personal Information in the prior 12 months, including:

  • Categories of Personal Information collected about you.
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information collected about you.
  • Categories of sources from which we collected your Personal Information.
  • Business and/or commercial purposes for collecting and disclosing your Personal Information.
  • Categories of third parties to/with whom your Personal Information has been disclosed/shared, including for business purposes.

Right to Request Information from Businesses that Sell or Disclose Personal Information for Business Purposes:

You can request disclosure of the following for the previous 12 months:

  • Categories of Personal Information collected and sold.
  • Categories of third parties to whom data was sold.
  • Categories of Personal Information disclosed for a business purpose.

Right of Deletion:

You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain conditions and limitations under the law.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information:

You can direct us to stop selling your Personal Information to third parties.

Request Process:

In response to a verified request to know what Personal Information was collected, shared, or sold, FOXCUE will investigate and provide an individualized response within 45 calendar days. An extension of up to 45 additional days may be required, in which case you will be notified. Disclosure will be provided by email, free of charge.

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights:

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another user, attach written proof that you are authorized to act on their behalf when you reply to the verification email.

These requests are reserved for California residents only.

Attest to your California residency by checking the following box:

  • I understand that after submitting this request, I will receive a verification email to confirm my request and must respond to the email with "I approve" for the request to be processed.
